Devices that encrypt before a BitLocker policy applies, or that were encrypted outside of Intune, often never escrow their recovery key to Entra ID. You find out when someone is locked out and the key is nowhere to be found.
These scripts check whether each fixed drive’s recovery key is backed up to Entra ID and force the backup if it is missing. Deploy them to your Windows fleet through Intune and close the gap before it costs someone a reimage.
