Privacy Policy
How we handle your data — transparently and responsibly.

Overview
PowerStacks Corporation ("PowerStacks," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at powerstacks.com and use our products and services.
Our data philosophy
PowerStacks products are designed with a privacy-first architecture. Our BI reporting products (BI for Intune, BI for SCCM, BI for Defender) run entirely within your Microsoft tenant. This means:
- Your endpoint data stays in your environment. PowerStacks products connect to Microsoft Graph APIs and your own data sources. All data is processed and stored within your Power BI workspace or Azure environment — never on PowerStacks servers.
- No agents are installed on your devices. Our products use API-only data collection through the permissions you configure in your Azure AD tenant.
- No third-party access to your device data. We do not receive, process, or store any of the endpoint management data that our products visualize in your Power BI dashboards.
