Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PowerStacks Corporation ("PowerStacks," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the powerstacks.com website and our products and services. By accessing our website or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of services

PowerStacks provides Power BI reporting dashboards and application management tools for Microsoft endpoint management platforms, including:

  • BI for Intune: Power BI dashboards for Microsoft Intune reporting
  • BI for SCCM: Power BI dashboards for Microsoft Configuration Manager reporting
  • BI for Defender: Power BI dashboards for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint reporting

All PowerStacks products are deployed within your own Microsoft tenant and Power BI workspace. PowerStacks does not host, process, or store your endpoint management data.

Account registration

To access certain features and services, you may need to create an account on the PowerStacks customer portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and payment

PowerStacks products are available through annual subscription plans. Subscription details, including pricing, device limits, and included features, are determined at the time of purchase and documented in your subscription agreement.

  • Free trials: We offer a 30-day free trial for our products. No payment information is required to start a trial.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
  • Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our products, contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss your options.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any PowerStacks software
  • Share, sublicense, or redistribute your subscription access to unauthorized users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the operation of our services
  • Use our website to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from our website using automated means without our written consent

Intellectual property

All content on the PowerStacks website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of PowerStacks Corporation and is protected by intellectual property laws. Our Power BI templates, data models, and application code are proprietary and licensed — not sold — to subscribers.

You retain full ownership of your data. PowerStacks products process data within your Microsoft tenant, and we claim no ownership or rights to your endpoint management data, reports, or customizations built on top of our templates.

Data and privacy

Your use of our products and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. PowerStacks products are designed so that your endpoint management data remains in your Microsoft tenant at all times. We do not access, collect, or store your device data, compliance reports, or other endpoint information processed by our Power BI templates.

Third-party services

PowerStacks products integrate with third-party services including Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. PowerStacks is not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party services.

Disclaimers

PowerStacks products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

PowerStacks is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft, Intune, Configuration Manager, Defender, Power BI, Azure, and Windows are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerStacks Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PowerStacks in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PowerStacks Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our products and services at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our products ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our products and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
