When a Win32 app install fails, the Intune Management Extension backs off and will not try again for a long time, even after you have fixed the underlying problem.
This Remediation resets the IME retry state in the registry so the install is attempted again on the next cycle. Target it at devices with failed installs to clear stuck app deployments without touching each machine.
