Bulk-editing assignments in the Intune portal is slow and risky: it is easy to overwrite a target you meant to keep.
This WinForms wizard bulk-adds or removes assignments and role scope tags across Win32 apps and Windows configuration profiles, and it is additive by design. It reads the current targets, merges your change, and writes back, so existing assignments are never wiped. Use it for large assignment changes where the portal would take all afternoon and one wrong click undoes your work.
